Reiki Healing

Reiki is a gentle yet profoundly powerful Japanese healing art that channels universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands and into the recipient's energy field. The word "Reiki" comes from the Japanese words Rei (universal wisdom) and Ki (life force energy) — together meaning "universally guided life force energy."

At the heart of Reiki is the understanding that wellbeing flows naturally when our energy centres — known as chakras — are open, balanced, and harmoniously aligned. When life's stresses, emotions, or experiences cause these centres to become blocked or imbalanced, we may begin to feel it in our physical body, our emotional state, our mental clarity, or our spiritual connection.

Reiki works gently and intelligently to dissolve these blockages, restoring the natural flow of energy throughout your entire being — supporting healing on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels simultaneously.
